What are the critical metrics on which an investor will weigh their decision for an early consumer startup (use Kayak.com as a similar business model)?
Most importantly, everyone spits out viral coefficient, but this can be measured in many different ways (dependent on time, etc.). What is the metric people actually want to see, and what's the best way to measure?
